Dan Orlovsky brought this joke to ESPN's “Get Up” Thursday morning, and it left his fellow panelists stunned.
When the show was discussing Jason Kelce chugging a beer shirtless during a Chiefs-Bills divisional round game, Orlovsky said that his wife would actually be pretty happy if he pulled off a similar stunt. He said he was deaf.
While talking about the topic, host Mike Greenberg called out Kelsey's antics, including jumping out of her suite at Highmark Stadium and going for drinks into the frigid Buffalo crowd, to other spouses. Apparently, he was skeptical that other people would accept it in the same way.
But Orlovsky said his wife, Tiffany, with whom he has four children, would never object.
“If I do this, my wife will want to have a fifth child,” Orlovsky argued.
“Really?” Greenberg said as the rest of the show's participants looked stunned.
“100 percent,” Orlovsky said.
Greenberg said her family situation would change if she decided to go wild in Buffalo.
“If I did that, my wife would want a second husband,” the ESPN host said.
This isn't the first time the former NFL quarterback has talked about his wife on the network, last year he spoke about Tiffany's bathroom habits during an appearance on “The Pat McAfee Show.”
Mr. Orlovsky insisted that he not poop in the house while his wife was home, and later that day, during an Orange Theory training, Tiffany made Mr. Orlovsky smoke in retaliation.
of The two have been married for 14 years. In July, they will celebrate their 15th anniversary.
As for Kelce and his wife, Kylie, the Eagles center admitted that Kelce wasn't too thrilled with his antics.
“She doesn't think so.” [Kylie] I am glad to hear that. I warned Kylie,” Kelsey said on her latest podcast, “New Heights,” with her brother Travis. “She said, 'Jason, you don't have the courage.' I said, 'I'm not asking for permission. I'm doing this.'
“She's already told me to be on my best behavior because I'm going to meet Taylor.” [Swift]”
It remains to be seen whether Kelce will have any more fun in the stands when the Chiefs take on the Ravens in Sunday's AFC Championship Game.
