Daughter of suspect in Trump assassination attempt leaves courtroom in anger

The daughter of Ryan Rouse, a 59-year-old man found guilty of attempting to assassinate President Donald Trump during the 2024 presidential campaign, was removed from the courtroom after an emotional outburst post-verdict, where she allegedly cursed and issued threats to the media.

This scene unfolded after Rouse was convicted on multiple charges, including an attempted stabbing incident where he reportedly tried to attack law enforcement with a pen while in custody.

In the courtroom, his daughter, Sarah Rouse, stood up and started shouting curses directed at the judge, insisting, “He didn’t hurt anyone. This isn’t fair. All of this is equipped.”

After being asked to leave, she exited the courthouse, angrily telling reporters to “go away” and to “get the F— from my face.”

Ryan Rouse faced convictions for five serious charges, such as attempting to assassinate a presidential candidate and assaulting a federal officer, which could lead to a potential life sentence.

As he left in a black SUV, Sarah followed him, repeatedly shouting, “I love you.”

In a troubling note reportedly found, Rouse expressed regret for not succeeding in the assassination attempt while suggesting that he would financially incentivize someone else to carry out the act.

As they walked to their car, Sarah continued to lash out at the press, even responding harshly to questions about her father’s wellbeing. Despite the chaos, her brother, Adam, attempted to guide her away and asked reporters to move aside as they navigated through the crowd.
