David Pollack shares video after wife’s hours-long brain surgery

Georgia Football's Great David Pollack shared an emotional update on Thursday after his wife Lindsay underwent six hours of surgery Wednesday amid a battle with brain cancer.

The former linebacker and ESPN analyst posted a video to X featuring his wife. His wife, whose head was wrapped in bandages, listened to Christian music while recovering in a hospital bed.

“My babydoll morning after more than six hours of surgery. Does that mean God isn't good?” 42-year-old Pollack wrote.

Lindsay was seen lifting her right arm in the air and moving into the music.

Pollack revealed in another note on Monday about X that his wife is undergoing brain surgery for cancer diagnosis.

“I don't share much of my personal life on social media, but today it's not going to be that different.” Pollack wrote. “If you're the type of prayer, lift your wife, Lindsay. She has brain cancer and the surgery will be in Duke on Wednesday. Thank you for serving the loving God we meet in our struggle!”

In 2023, Pollack was fired 12 years later at ESPN, including the role of an analyst for the network's “College Games” show.
