Delta flight bound for Las Vegas diverted to Kansas City airport due to ‘unruly passenger’

A passenger on a Delta Airlines flight from Cincinnati may have ended up on Santa's naughty list after misbehaving during Christmas week forced a detour to Kansas City.

Delta Air Lines flight 2915 from Cincinnati to Las Vegas was diverted to Kansas City on Dec. 23 to remove an “unruly passenger,” according to a Delta spokesperson.

“Delta has zero tolerance for unruly behavior and will work with law enforcement to achieve that goal,” a Delta spokesperson told Fox News Digital. “We apologize for the delay in your trip.”

According to Flight Aware, The plane took off just after 7 a.m. and made a forced landing at KCI about 30 minutes later.

KCI officials Confirmed to KCTV5 The plane landed without incident and departed at approximately 10:45 a.m. the same day.

This is the second incident this month involving disruption to Delta Airlines passengers.
