New York Democratic governor Kathy Hochul said the state would do so. I'll be happy to incorporate it Federal workers fired for government efficiency.
Gov. Hochul said the state is ready with 7,000 jobs to be filled by those fired by Elon Musk, who were tasked with heading to Doge's “ignorant executives of career killers.”
“Our message is simple. Doge says you've been fired, but we say you've been hired.”
“The Trump Musk administration treats federal workers like real-life television stunts. Our message is clear. New York wants you. I said Hochul on social media.
“We need engineers, engineers, lawyers, educators, etc.” she added.
The campaign reaches out to fired federal workers through pamphlets and signs at Union Station in Washington, D.C., and Moynihan Station in New York. One estimate shows that around 75,000 people received a $25,000 acquisition option from Doge, another 125,000 workers were fired, and about 200,000 federal workers were fired from their salaries via Doge.
“These are important jobs, like I said, that require years of professional experience done by real people. “They should be praised for their service, not for being ocked and handed over the president a pink slip. So our message is simple. Doge says you're fired, but we say you're hired.”
Some criticized Hochul for unveiling the Hochul while fighting strikes from prison guards and corrections officers over benefits in New York.
Democrats and union groups are opposed to efforts to reduce the size of the government by bringing assignments to court. They argue that dismissing workers from programs enacted through parliamentary votes is outside the constitutional authority granted to the administrative department.
Doge responded to criticism by sending another email to all federal workers who requested to respond with five items completed the previous week.
