Rep. Melanie Stansbury, Dn.M., quietly protested Trump when he walked to the podium before his speech on Tuesday night.
Stansbury, a top Democrat on House Doge's subcommittee, held up a sign saying, “This isn't normal” as Trump welcomed people nearby.
Rep. Lance Gooden of R-Texas appeared to grab a piece of paper from Stansbury and throw it. He stood across the aisle from her along with fellow Republicans.
