Rep. Daniel Goldman (D-NY) oddly referred to the FBI Task Force on Tesla Terrorism as “legal” and the “political weaponization” of the DOJ. Goldman's statement is particularly interesting given the law and the Democrats' campaign for weaponization against Donald Trump.
“This is the political weaponization of the DOJ. Trump is using his official authority to defend his benefactor Elon Musk,” said Rep. Goldman oddly arguing the Trump administration, which investigated a series of actual crimes on Tuesday's X-Post.
“The FBI will then create a task force to use law enforcement to 'crack' the mask enemy. Where do Republicans oppose the “law”? “The lawmaker added.
Rep. Goldman had responded to a Fox News X post reporting that the FBI has launched a “task force to crack down on violent Tesla attacks” and “mitigating the threat.”
Given that Tesla faces an escalating wave of domestic terrorist attacks across the country, lawmakers' claims of “laws” and “DOJ's political weapons” are very distinctive.
Last week, the law firm once linked to Attorney Mark Pomerantz, who led the campaign to indict President Paul, Weiss, Rifkind, Wharton & Garrison LLP – a law firm that was once linked to the president, reached a massive $40 million settlement with the president.
Pomeranz is known as the “architect” of a key element of the Democratic legal strategy. This is an effort to use or abuse both civil and criminal courts against President Trump to destroy his political outlook and wealth.
In particular, the weaponization of government against President Trump came after years of violent rhetoric from Democratic politicians, the founding media and other members of the political left, and before two assassination attempts on Trump's life.
Furthermore, the assassination attempt came after Rep. Benny Thompson (D-MS) introduced a law that threatened to strip President Trump of details of his Secret Service if he was convicted – Tucker Carlson's Movement reference As a “threat threat.”
Meanwhile, Tesla has been under attack since the company's CEO Elon Musk showed support for President Trump, and is tasked with leading the current administration's efficiency (DOGE) to eradicate wasted government spending.
Last week, firefighters were rushing to eliminate the flames at the Tesla charging station in Fargo, North Dakota. According to the city's battalion commander, it is believed to be purposefully set.
This has realized the latest act of domestic terrorism against the mask company since the new year of 2025.
Another arson attack earlier last week was suspected of throwing a Molotov cocktail at the Tesla Clash Center in Las Vegas, resulting in many Tesla EVs being completely engulfed in flames.
Two Cybertocks broke out at a dealer in Kansas City, Missouri, and investigators suspected it was the result of the arson.
The previous week, the arsonist absorbed Teslaev along with gasoline and set it on fire in Seattle's Capitol Hill area. Police said the suspect poured gas into a Tesla Model S sedan and set it on fire before he escaped.
In Colorado, a man who identified him as a woman and his accomplice tried to fire a Tesla dealer.
Some men claim to be identified as women I recently caught With cameras destroying a newly built Tesla dealership in the suburbs of Chicago.
Meanwhile, Tesla owners across the country share video footage of a vehicle capturing a vandal who squeals or destroys it in some way.
The FBI recently created a task force in collaboration with the Alcohol, Tobacco and Firearms (ATF) Bureau to investigate Tesla-related attacks that have been continuing throughout the United States since the New Year.
“The FBI is investigating the rise in violent activity against Tesla, and over the last few days we have taken additional steps to crack down and coordinate our response,” FBI director Kash Patel declared in the X-Post Monday.
“This is a domestic terrorist attack. Those responsible will be pursued, captured and brought to trial,” Patel added.
