Lawmakers ask FTC to release updated report on pharmacy benefit managers
A bipartisan group of bicameral senators is asking the Federal Trade Commission (FTC) to vote in favor of releasing a preliminary staff report on pharmacy benefit managers (PBMs). Sen.
