In 2025 Los Angeles, tensions escalate as left-wing activists confront federal agents, hurling rocks and insults. Amid the chaos, local politicians largely remain inactive. While police are deployed, they only intervene decisively with tear gas and flashbangs after the situation intensifies.
This scenario seems aligned with the Democrats’ objectives and their historical context.
The Democratic Party has cultivated an emotional narrative, rooted in years of identity politics and racial strife. Once associated with slavery and Jim Crow, their methods may have updated, but the core motivations appear unchanged. Current examples of this are seen in racially segregated graduation ceremonies and dormitories, which are now framed as “cultural respect.”
Local leaders claim that ICE attacks and the deportation of undocumented immigrants undermine the rule of law, arguing instead for acceptance based on identity politics. No matter how vehemently one argues that undocumented individuals are part of the community, the fact remains that legal residency cannot be conjured through mere sentiment.
A chaotic and often violent crowd—perhaps comprising trust fund kids with too much time on their hands—eventually leads to burning cars and looted stores. One has to wonder how all this might help immigrants. People in emotional turmoil rarely act rationally, and it’s perplexing that “progressive behavior” seems to falter amidst the frenzy.
However, when violence occurs, there should be accountability. If someone is attempting to inflict harm on a police officer or a member of the National Guard, any initial justification for their cause becomes irrelevant.
At the very least, those participating in the chaos should face legal consequences. It’s a relief to see law enforcement stepping up, especially since Governor Gavin Newsom seems unresponsive. The deployment of Marines to protect federal buildings, targeted by rioters, is a necessary measure. In many videos circulating, officers might even be justified in using lethal force against attackers. A badge does not negate the right to defend oneself.
These disturbances consistently occur in long-standing Democratic strongholds where local officials remain passive. The term “protest” is often applied regardless of the level of violence, whereas the January 6th Capitol incident stands out as the only riot accurately labeled by Democrats. Most violent acts seem to align with their side rather than the local residents or businesses. You’d think voters would eventually take note, but change seems elusive.
Just as the driver in a robbery shares the guilt of the actual assailant, being present in a protest where violence erupts implicates you in the chaos. If you’re around someone preparing to throw a rock or a Molotov cocktail, it’s time to walk away. Your personal intent becomes irrelevant; remaining with the group makes you part of that violent mob and subject to scrutiny.
The mob must face consequences to the fullest extent of the law, especially in localities where Democratic leaders choose not to prosecute. Federal law must step in if local authorities fail. If an individual is hurt while participating in such tumult, they have to accept the repercussions of their choices.
For voters, continuing to elect the same liberal leaders will not remedy the suffering seen in Los Angeles. It’s time to stop making the same mistakes. Perhaps accountability in elections could make a difference.
