The recently deported immigrant Tiktkar urged fellow undocumented immigrants to hide in their American residences.
Leonel Moreno, aged 28, is facing legal charges for an offense against a Venezuelan. Due to his social media actions, the interior minister of the South American nation, Diosdado Cabello, stated this week.
Moreno was returned to Venezuela last week on a one-way deportation flight to Narco under President Trump, causing a scene among fellow travelers on the flight.
In his viral TikTok, Moreno boasted about the monetary assistance received from the US government for immigrants and urged other Venezuelan migrants to “occupy vacant homes.”
He also bragged about using his one-year-old daughter, a US citizen, for online popularity and mentioned that he and his spouse had not incurred any costs for her birth thanks to “Papa Biden.”
“I didn’t labor like a slave across the Rio Grande,” Moreno commented, displaying a $100 bill in one video.
This controversial influencer was then placed in a separate section of the airplane under security supervision.
Moreno was apprehended in Gahanna, Ohio, in March 2024 after unlawfully crossing the border two years prior and neglecting to check in at his local ICE office as mandated.
An immigration judge issued a deportation order for Moreno last October, but at that time, Venezuela had not been accepting immigrant flights from the United States.
However, when President Trump returned to the White House in January, his administration reopened flights by securing an agreement with Venezuelan president Nicolas Maduro’s government.
The FBI also investigated Moreno’s prior role as a sergeant in Venezuela’s Military Intelligence Bureau, and immigrant influencers later indicated that he was a member of the Venezuelan Navy.
Moreno also communicated from an Ohio prison, expressing that he was a target of unjust “persecution.”
“I’ve sought refuge from persecution in my country… yet they replicate the same treatment here – persecuting me,” he mourned.
Moreno’s wife, Veronica Torres, recently indicated that they both feel remorse over her ex-husband’s behavior while in the United States.
“How heartbreaking it would be to witness him transform into a better individual and a devoted father. Instead, he squandered his entire life thus far and did not invest it as the father of your only daughter,” Torres remarked in a recent Tiktok post that featured Moreno’s image during deportation flights.
