Dept. of Education’s dirty little secret: It DEFIES its own law

As promised, President Trump is preparing to cut the Department of Education, and as usual, the left is in full swing in full-blown panic. It thrives in bloated bureaucracy.

And looking at the original law that created the ED, you will understand how the department has become bloated and corrupted.

Glenbeck reads from Educational Institutions Act 1979 – Documents with Ed set on stone.

“Protecting the rights of national and local governments, public and private educational institutions in the field of education policy and program management is the intention of the Congress in the establishment of the department. 103.

“That's not what DOE does,” he says.

Both he and co-host Stu Burguiere agree that while the law itself is rather healthy, the bureaucrats who run the department are against what it says.

“The establishment of a Department of Education should not increase the federal authority over education or reduce the responsibility for education reserved in state and local school systems or other state instruments,” Glen continues.

“This is not the case with the Ministry of Education at all!” he cried, adding that if the ED is carried out as he says the law should be enforced, he “is not necessarily a problem.”

“The provision of a program governed by a secretary or other officer of the department shall be construed to permit a secretary or such officer to exercise direction, supervision, or control to administer an employee of an educational institution, school, or school system, except for the existence of an educational institution, school, or school system, except for the existence of an educational institution, accreditation or association, or libraries, or educational institution, except for the existence of an educational institution, or a library, or educational institution, or an educational institution, or a library, or educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or a library, or educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or a library, or educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution, or an educational institution

If Ed adheres to the law, he asks, “Do you know how many issues will go away?”
