Attorney Alan Dershowitz stated on Thursday that he is aware of the names included in Jeffrey Epstein’s files concerning suspected clients in his international sex trafficking network.
“I know the names of individuals. I understand why they are being protected. I know who is keeping them from being revealed,” Dershowitz mentioned during an appearance on the Shawn Spicer Show.
However, he emphasized, “I am bound by confidentiality from the judge and the case and cannot disclose what I know.”
Earlier this year, the Trump administration pledged to release personal documents and names associated with Epstein’s circle.
Elon Musk sparked attention after releasing what he referred to as “a big, beautiful bill,” also reminding everyone that President Trump was mentioned in a list of Epstein’s acquaintances.
This week, the president dismissed inquiries about Epstein. “Are people still discussing Jeffrey Epstein? This guy has been a topic for years. You’re asking. We have issues in Texas, and we’re discussing this? It’s incredible,” he remarked.
The White House maintains that there is no “client list,” raising several questions.
“What surprises me about this recent government disclosure is that they know they’re sitting on a wealth of information yet haven’t shared it. I’ve been involved in these cases for over a decade,” Dershowitz expressed.
He suggested that the list is being kept secret “to protect” those involved in Epstein’s actions. “I know the names of people whose files are being suppressed to shield them. That’s not right,” he stated during his conversation with Spicer.
Virginia Giuffre, one of Epstein’s victims, tragically took her own life earlier this year after suffering from long-term health issues and the trauma of sexual abuse.
According to McAuley, individuals who enabled the trafficking of young girls must be held accountable. “Epstein couldn’t have executed this scheme without support. He needed an attorney to cover for him and an accountant to manage finances,” McAuley remarked. “He surrounded himself with a group of people who assisted him and none have faced charges.”
