DHS must probe Cuban regime allies infiltrating the US refugee system: lawmaker

Exclusive: A House member who fled Cuba in the 1960s sends a list of people to DHS who are allegedly linked to the communist regime, circumventing the US Cuban refugee law.

R-FLA Rep. Carlos Guimenez has learned from Fox News that he directly links a letter to Homeland Security Secretary Christie Noem with a list of Cubans residing in the United States under various humanitarian laws or programs that he and/or pro-Cuban democratic groups have proven directly to Havana's communist regime.

Gimenez, representing the closest congressional districts to Cuba, is located in Miami-Dade and Monroe counties — telling NOEM “the presence of the “murder Castro administration agents and the Cuban Communist Party currently resident in the United States.”

In a letter obtained by Fox News Digital, Gimenez said, “It is essential that the Department of Homeland Security enforces existing US laws to identify, deport and repatriate these individuals who pose a direct threat to our national security, the integrity of our immigration system, and the safety of Cuban exiles and American citizens.”

Guimenes said that the 1966 law, Dn.Y., written by the Cuban Coordination Act (Jacob H. Gilbert, 1966), had set out how the unique situation of Cuban refugees could be handled from the then new Castro regime.

Miamian, the only Cuban-born member of Congress, wrote that “it is a direct insult to the Cuban Communist Party and the oppressive national security device, “stages” in the US immigration system and is a direct insult to true Cuban exiles who are seeking personal freedom.”

Gimenez then asked NOEM's office to “examine” the list, including a list of about 100 people personally denounced by nonprofits and human rights watchdog groups, and to launch deportation procedures if malicious credentials are checked out.

Some of the names are labelled as members or members of Brigadas de Accion Rapida or Rapid Response Brigade. The group consists of dictator Miguel Diaz Canelle and designated citizens who essentially patrol for the opposition of his administration.

Others were listed as partners as the young Cuban communists, senior officers in the country's military courts, the Cuban State Department, Cuban Communist leaders, police and the district attorney's office.

Miami and its surrounding area continue to grow and thrive in a collective Cuban-American community, but in particular along SE 8th Street, Gimenez, the famous Calle Ocho in Little Havana, said he would like to work with DHS to identify, veterinarians, detain and deport anyone who lives like “the slutty robbers of our country.”

“Like many in our community, I was forced from my Cuban homeland shortly after the communist revolution. It is absolutely condemned that agents of the murderous Castro government set the stage in our immigration laws to infiltrate our country,” Gimenez said.

Guimenez said the Trump administration recently caught Cuban spies in Florida and is hoping for more actions against those who have been flagged by Cuban rights groups.

DHS refused to publicly share the name of the former Intelligence Officer; Miami Herald The ICE and the FBI arrested him at West Park, Florida, near Miami Dolphins Stadium, for fraudulently obtaining a green card.
