The Department of Homeland Security (DHS) is fighting back after Venezuelan government said it was spreading false information that the Trump administration is separating children from parents who are violent Tren de Aragua Gang (TDA).
A DHS spokesman shared a news release saying that DHS took action as both parents are part of Tren de Lagua, despite the Venezuelan government claiming that the US had invited the child.
The father in question, Maker Espinoza Escarona, is an EU in Tren de Aragua who oversees murder, drug sales, tricks, tor and sex trafficking, and runs a torture home.
In addition to Yorely Escarleth Bernal Inciarte, the mother of her father, the child, the DHS added that it oversees recruitment of young women for drug smuggling and prostitution.

“These criminal illegal aliens have illegally entered the state and received a final removal order from a judge,” DHS said.
DHS said through a partnership with the Ministry of Health and Human Services, children were taken from the manifestation of deportation flights for safety and welfare. The child maintains care and custody of the Refugee Resettlement Bureau and was placed with foster parents, the agency said.
The agency added, “Parents will be asked if they want to be taken away with their children or will place their children with someone designated by their parents.”
The FBI arrested a Wisconsin judge and alleges that she had prevented the arrest of an illegal alien.
“In this case, parents said they wanted to be taken away with their children,” DHS said.
“The child was taken out of custody due to violent criminal acts by parents, such as manipulation of torture, sex trafficking and tricking. We cannot continue to be exposed to criminal acts that abuse this child and put her at risk for her safety.”

The department thanked Trump for removing members of the TDA gang from the country.
“President Trump and Secretary Noem are responsible for serious protection of children and will work with federal law enforcement and the Department of Health and Human Services to ensure that children are safe from abuse, sexual exploitation and human trafficking,” the statement added.

“The previous administration allowed many children across borders who were not actually placed with sponsors who were smugglers and sex traffickers,” the DHS said.
“In less than 100 days, Secretary Noem and Secretary Kennedy have already reunited with relative or safe parents and more than 5,000 unaccompanied children,” DHS said.

“This is a very common practice, but this administration also shows that they really care about the safety of these children, and bring together additional safeguards like biometric testing and DNA to ensure that their children are in fact relatives of these guardians and parents.
