Diddy Faces Allegations of Raping a Woman Who Said His Penis Resembled a Tootsie Roll

Another lawsuit has emerged against music mogul Shaun “Diddy” Combs, adding to his growing legal troubles.

Court filings allege that in 2001, Combs raped a woman in his Manhattan apartment after exposing himself.

Interestingly, the woman, referred to as Jane Doe in the suit, stated that she felt somewhat relieved upon seeing Combs’s genitals.

According to her complaint, Doe met Combs in May 2001 during three separate outings: at a recording studio, a nightclub, and a restaurant.

However, during a fourth encounter in July, after a night at the club, Combs allegedly took her to his apartment, where he closed the bedroom door and forcibly pushed her onto the bed.

The lawsuit claims that while restraining her, Combs stated ominously, “I’m going to suck life from you.”

He then allegedly loosened her arm and proceeded to undress himself, revealing his genitals, which Doe described as resembling a large Tootsie Roll.

Despite feeling somewhat reassured by his size, Doe claims that Combs proceeded to assault her, even after she expressed her lack of interest.

As the incident escalated, Doe claims that Combs pushed himself into her until he reached climax, at which point she managed to slip away to the bathroom to clean herself.

Upon leaving the bathroom, she saw Combs naked on the bed and exited the room, encountering a bodyguard outside.

Doe asked the guard for directions to leave, and he indicated the way downstairs. Following this, one of Combs’s staff drove her and her friend home.

After the incident, Doe alleges that Combs attempted to contact her, but she did not respond.

Years later, she describes ongoing struggles with being around men, feeling transformed by the experience and withdrawn from life.

She is now suing Combs for damages related to the alleged assault, citing psychological struggles and the need for therapy.

Doe reports suffering from physical injuries, emotional trauma, and lasting psychological effects due to the incident, according to the lawsuit.
