Dinesh D’Souza weighs in on the VP debate, the hope JD Vance offers, and the ‘insincerity’ and ‘fakery’ of Tim Walz

Renowned author and filmmaker Dinesh D'Souza joins Jill Savage on “Blaze News Tonight” to discuss a variety of topics, including a debate between J.D. Vance and Tim Walz and his latest documentary, “Vindicating Trump.” will be discussed.

“What was your main takeaway from last night's JD Vance?” Jill asks.

“As a Dartmouth graduate, he has proven the value of an Ivy League education,” D'Souza says. “He was knowledgeable, thoughtful, cosmopolitan and likeable. And I think he delivered on that.”

Given that President Trump is “getting up there.” [in age]D'Souza believes Vance has proven to the nation that he is “a man of intellectual ability and emotional balance who carries the Trumpian spirit.”

He also said that Vance is, in a sense, “vindicating Trump.”

“The last time Trump chose Pence, people said, 'Well, Trump is an alpha male. Trump is an alpha male.' He doesn't like other people who overshadow him. “I don't like other smart people.'' He needs someone who is very passive.''But I think Vance portrays a man with a mind of his own. “And I think that says a lot about Trump,” D'Souza says.

He said Vance and Walz were chosen as their respective vice presidential candidates for the same reason.

“This is a case where both vice presidential picks are aimed at the same audience: white working-class votes, which is critical in many key states,” he said. explained and added: Democrats consider Mr. Walz to be a left-wing populist in opposition to right-wing populist J.D. Vance. ”

“But Waltz's problem is that he's doing too much.”

“He borders on the ridiculous,” D'Souza says, especially when it comes to his apparent “dishonesty” and “fabrication.”

Moreover, Waltz is an outspoken supporter of censorship.

“We know that from the comments [Walz] Created in 2022, he said, “There is no guarantee of free speech when it comes to misinformation,” Gill said. “Pair that with Mark Zuckerberg's apology of, 'Oh, we're sorry that we worked with the White House to censor so many Americans.'

D'Souza criticizes Waltz as follows:[trying] to get out of there, “citing famous examples like shouting fire in a packed theater.”

But “what they censor has nothing to do with shouting gunshots in a packed theater,” he says. “They are censoring people who fight back against government-backed misinformation.”
