A man was charged with murder Tuesday after he reportedly shot and killed another man inside a Mexican restaurant in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, following an argument over a song that was playing on the jukebox.
Fort Lauderdale police said 46-year-old Cesar Esquivel Estrada was arrested and charged with first-degree murder.
Police responded to the Antohitos Mexicanos restaurant on Davie Boulevard around 1:30 a.m. Monday on reports of a shooting.
When officers arrived on scene, a man, later identified as 54-year-old Socorro Camacho, sustained gunshot wounds and was pronounced dead at the scene.

A preliminary investigation indicates the shooting occurred during an argument that escalated between two men.
Miami's News 7 reported that a friend who witnessed the incident said the argument was over a song playing on the jukebox.
Mauro Bonilla told the station that one man had insulted another man about a song he played.

“One of them played a song on a machine called a Rock-Ola, and the other guy got angry and said he wasn't a real Mexican if he played songs like that. [expletive] “It's music,” he told the station.
Bonilla also told the station that the man who insulted the other man's song choice pulled out his weapon and fired the first shot, causing the other man to fire back.
Police identified the victim as Camacho, adding that the case remains under investigation.

As a result of the investigation, detectives obtained an arrest warrant for Estrada on Monday and he was located the following day by the U.S. Marshals Service's Fugitive Task Force and the U.S. Marshals Service.
He has since been charged with first-degree murder and is being held without bail.
Estrada is also being held by immigration authorities, according to Broward County jail records, indicating he is in the U.S. illegally.
