Doge Advisor spoke with Treasury Secretary Scott Bessent at the IRS to reduce the size of the federal government.

Examining the IRS modernization initiative along with other operations and budgets is one of Corcos' top goals in his six-month schedule. Fox News Host Lowline Graham.

“This is a huge program that's now 30 years behind, and is already over budget, $15 billion,” he said. “The IRS has some pretty legacy infrastructure… and the challenge was how to move it into modern systems.”

According to level CEOs and co-founders, many major banks using comparable systems have already undergone modernization. Compared to industry standards, the IRS has over 30 years behind schedule and billions of people exceeding budgets. He continued.

“We are now 35 years from this program. If you ask now, it's five years from now, five years from 1990. It should be delivered in 1996, and it's still five years from now,” he added.

Bescent, who was approved by the US Senate as the new Treasury Secretary for President Trump's administration, also rang.

“One of the biggest surprises for me is seeing how I see these entrenched interests. They keep themselves constricting around power, money, around the system, and no one cares,” Bescent said.

The secretary later turned his attention to another issue at the U.S. Supreme Tax Agency.

“A lot of the employees are great. This is this consultant group. They're like BoA contractions. They're like Python,” continued Bessent. “[But] They tie themselves together around our government, and the costs are incredible. They are being passed down to American taxpayers. ”

According to Corcos, contractors and licenses receive approximately 80% of the $3.5 billion IRS operation and maintenance budget.

Meanwhile, Doge is still investigating many federal governments and agencies, including the IRS. Since Trump took office, Doge has worked to restructure federal agencies, cut regulations, eliminate unnecessary spending and dismantle government bureaucracy.

But more and more Democratic officials and left-wing voters continue to condemn recent Doge measures.

“The ingrained interests, consultants, Democrats and mainstream media just want to blow the project out of the water,” Bescent told Laura Ingraham. “This is the opposite of government efficiency, not exclusion, not extinction. Sam and his crew make it more efficient to work for Americans.

“Collections, Privacy and Customer Service” were the top three priorities of Bessent's Tax Revenue Bureau priorities, claiming that “none of them are provided sufficiently.”

“We want people to feel satisfied that they are receiving the services they deserve, that they are paying their fair share, and that they are not more than that.
