Mostert, who married the Miami Dolphins star in 2017, said that while she can ignore comments calling her a “white snowflake, a gold-digging wife,” “when I talk about my kids, you… “That really crosses the line,” he said. Fox News reported.
The comments came after she intervened in an argument between Harris and Gov. Ron DeSantis over the Democratic presidential candidate's claims that the Florida governor ignored her calls after the Sept. 26 storm. It is.
“This is terrible,” Mostert told the outlet. “I really can't imagine sliding into someone's DMs or commenting on a family photo talking about the color of their child's skin.”
“I know who I am,” she said. “I know my heart. I know my family dynamic. I know my husband. They think they know me, but nothing at all. i don't know.”
The mother-of-three expressed her condemnation of Harris in a series of Instagram Stories, including the following post: Textbook trash. ”
Veep newspaper on Monday accused DeSantis of “political gamesmanship” and called his actions “totally irresponsible” and “selfish.”
“I didn't know she called me,” DeSantis responded at a news conference about Milton, the second hurricane to hit the Sunshine State in just two weeks. The governor also said Harris was playing “no role” in the hurricane response and was working with FEMA and President Biden.
A day after Harris tore apart DeSantis, Biden appeared to undermine his potential successor by saying, “The governor of Florida has been cooperative.”
Mostert backed up her harsh criticism of Harris in an interview with Fox News and continued to support DeSantis.
“I just don't think Kamala's comments about him make any sense,” Mostert told the magazine. “He's focused on taking care of Floridians, and that's exactly what his focus should be.”
“All of our resources and time should have gone into that,” Mostert continued. “And yet she's standing on the tarmac complaining that someone wasn't answering her phone calls. To me, that seems ridiculous.”
Despite the online trolling, Mostert said the majority of comments have been supportive of her position, and she has also received praise from the wives and girlfriends of her NFL colleagues.
“We all support each other,” she said.
Mostert said it's more important to vote for someone you believe will protect the future of your children, “so I don't mind the backlash.”
And as for Harris, she claimed that she is “unfit to be the next president of the United States.”
