Despite “weekly physical therapy sessions” and visits from a specialist, Hall claims she still has “persistent pain and weakness in her lower legs.”
“Defendant Hill’s aggression toward Ms. Hall is consistent with his history of violent and aggressive behavior toward women,” the complaint also states.

Hill has a controversial past off the field, including a 2014 incident in which he was kicked off the Oklahoma State football team after being charged with felony domestic assault and assault by strangulation. His girlfriend at the time, Crystal Espinal, said Hill choked her and punched her in the stomach and face.
At the time, Espinal was eight weeks pregnant with Hill’s child. Hill ultimately admitted to the charges and was given three years of probation in a plea agreement with the District Attorney’s Office.
