Former CNN host Don Lemon called Trump supporters “stupid idiots” and said his critics were “too bad.”

He claimed he was responding to people who had a “racist” reaction to President-elect Donald Trump's appointment of Sriram Krishnan as senior adviser on artificial intelligence, but Trump supporters continued to attack.

“So, as usual, everyone is pissed! I'm not talking about all Trump supporters,” Lemon said. “I'm talking about MAGA-brained people who will say and do anything to excuse everything that Donald Trump does, every bad thing that the MAGA movement does.”
He continued, “So, yeah, I'll keep my word! And if you don't like what I said, that's so bad, but I don't care!”
Lemon also accused Trump supporters of the “hypocrisy” of defending a “cult leader” while attacking Trump for his language.
“Here's what's messed up about you: You have higher expectations of me, an independent journalist and former cable news host, than you do of the person sitting in the Oval Office, because his mouth is higher than mine. Because it’s bad,” Lemon said.

She added: “He calls everyone stupid. He calls black women stupid. He calls me stupid. He calls people stupid. He calls Kamala Harris stupid. He talks bad about her. And he insults athletes. He calls them B's sons. – He always talks bad about people, and you love it, but when someone says something about you, it pisses you off!
In his original video, Lemon called supporters of President-elect Donald Trump “stupid idiots” and mocked their “stupid MAGA brains.”

“You deserve it because you're so stupid. You deserve it because you're so stupid,” he said. “Yes, I'm laughing at your stupidity.”

“You're being scammed because you're in a horrible cult and you don't even realize it because you have a stupid MAGA brain and don't understand it,” he added. “How stupid and stupid are you?”
