Former President Donald Trump has given his opinion on the controversy surrounding Duchess Kate’s doctored photos, saying the Princess of Wales is just doing what everyone else does.
“Well, it shouldn’t be a big deal. They’re all doctors,” Trump said in a GB News interview with British politician Nigel Farage.
During the interview, Trump recalled an experience where he met a “movie actor” and often wondered if it was the same person in the photo.
“It was a very minor falsification,” Trump said. “I don’t understand why there’s so much yelling about that.”

The photo in question surfaced on Mother’s Day after the princess finally broke her silence after weeks of speculation about her health. The princess underwent abdominal surgery scheduled for January. Since then, she has rarely appeared in public.
In the doctored photo, the 42-year-old is not wearing her wedding ring. There were many theories that this photo was generated or edited by her AI. Some speculated that it might mean trouble in paradise for the royal couple.

Hours after Kensington Palace released the photos, the news agency took the unusual step of withdrawing them. The Associated Press said the photo appeared to have been “manipulated” and issued a “forced kill” order for the news agency.
Middleton took to social media the next day to explain that she had edited the photo herself.

“Like many amateur photographers, I experiment with editing from time to time. I wanted to apologize for the confusion the family photo shared yesterday caused,” she wrote.

“I hope everyone celebrating had a very happy Mother’s Day,” she concluded with a “C” for Duchess Kate.

“These are tough times, and I mean, they’re really going after her,” Trump said in an interview.
Kensington Palace previously announced that the Princess of Wales was not expected to return to royal duties until after Easter.
