Donald Trump Vows to ‘Restore The Sovereign Borders’ of the U.S.

Former President Donald Trump vowed to “restorate America’s sovereign borders” if elected in November.

Trump at a rally in Racine, Wisconsin Said He told the crowd that Democrats are “trying to push grandma off a cliff” to allow illegal immigrants in the US to receive welfare, adding that most of the new jobs being created would go to illegal immigrants.

“The Democrats are trying to push grandma off a cliff to give benefits to illegal immigrants,” Trump said. “They’re giving benefits to illegal immigrants, and the statistics that came out the other day showed that almost all of the new jobs in this country are going to illegal immigrants. They’re not going to our citizens, they’re going to illegal immigrants.”

As reported by Breitbart News, Trump accused President Joe Biden of granting a “mass amnesty” to more than 500,000 illegal immigrants in the country, depriving elderly Americans of Social Security and Medicaid benefits.

President Biden issued two amnesty orders for illegal immigrants on Tuesday. The first allows roughly 500,000 illegal immigrants to obtain green cards as long as they are married to U.S. citizens and have been in the U.S. for at least 10 years.

In addition, about 50,000 children of immigrants whose parents are married to U.S. citizens will be eligible to apply for green cards.

The second measure would grant work visas to approximately 550,000 illegal immigrants enrolled in the Deferred Action for Childhood Arrivals (DACA) program.

As more illegal immigrants cross the border into the United States, Americans face lower wages, fewer job opportunities, and higher rent and housing costs.

Trump went on to point out that this was why “the black population” and “Hispanic population” voted for him “at levels that nobody has ever seen before.”

“Because they’re not getting jobs,” Trump added. “In fact, they’re losing their jobs. As president, I will fight for America’s seniors like no one has ever fought before. And I’m not going to fight for illegal immigrants, Biden. I will fight for American workers, not human traffickers. I will fight for those who pursue the American dream, not child and women smugglers. And I will restore the sovereign borders of the United States of America. So, God help me.”

According to an Axios/Ipsos poll in April, Biden’s support among the Hispanic community has risen to 41 percent from 53 percent at the start of his term, while Trump’s approval rating has risen eight points to 32 percent.

An I&I/TIPP poll from early May found Biden’s support among black voters has dropped by 28 percentage points, while Trump, who received 12 percent support in 2020, has increased by three points to 15 percent.
