A new restaurant with a twist on the popular snack has opened inside Crypto.com Arena in Los Angeles.
Doritos has announced that it will offer a “new and bold” culinary experience to ticket holders “looking for the unexpected” with the opening of the “Doritos After Dark™” restaurant inside the LA Arena.
“We're listening to our consumers and enabling people to experience their favorite Frito-Lay brands in delicious new ways,” said Carolyn Braff, Frito-Lay's vice president of culinary marketing.
“The global flavors of the Doritos After Dark menu will invite late night snack fans to discover the creative and surprising ways Doritos enhances their favorite meals and cocktails.”
The restaurant will offer everything from spicy appetizers to bold entrees to sweet desserts, the company said.
“When you take Doritos chips out of the bag and incorporate their signature chips into a recipe, the culinary possibilities are endless,” said Chef Wiley Bates, Frito-Lay's senior principal culinary scientist.
“The Doritos brand is known for pushing boundaries and blazing new paths. The food and alcoholic beverages served at the new Doritos After Dark restaurant are created with consumers in mind, and Doritos We're taking our delicious fan favorites to the next level with the boldness and flair that only Flavor can provide,” Bates continued.
The restaurant will offer everything from margaritas and veggie dumplings to ice cream and California rolls, with a Doritos twist, the company said.
While the Doritos After Dark restaurant is only available to ticket holders during regularly scheduled events at the Crypto.com Arena, the company has announced that Doritos After Dark will exit the arena and enter the unique Doritos Night Market Pop I said it would be. Uploaded on November 15th.

The Doritos brand first introduced Doritos After Dark with pop-up ghost kitchens in New York and Los Angeles in 2022, offering never-before-seen recipes.
Then, in March 2023, at an exclusive party at the music festival SXSW in Austin, Texas, Doritos After Dark turned heads and garnered even more attention.
