The UK court ruled unanimously last Wednesday. That is, under the UK Equality Act, biological men identifying as women may be subject to changing rooms, homeless shelters, swimming areas, medical, or medical, or Counseling services.
The award means that even transgender people who have certificates recognized as women can legally exclude them from such a particular single space.
However, Judge Patrick Hodge said the court’s decision “is protected from discrimination on the grounds of gender rearrangement” and “does not rule out protections from trans people.”

Trans activists like Tiakofi, the winner of “Drag Race: UK vs. World,” also responded to the court’s decision, Pink News reported that multiple stories were dealing directly with the camera.
“We must be more than ever, ally in the trans community, not just trans people who are expected to speak up to fight for their existence,” Kofi declared in one post.
The decision was filled with resistance from transgender activists, but women’s rights activists like JK Rowling, author of Harry Potter, celebrated the outcome.
Transgender activists claim they are pushing Democrats back against the issue, claiming that “science is on our side.”

“Everyone knows what sex is and you can’t change it,” said Susan Smith, Scotland’s co-director, said the organization brought the incident.
