“There are reports of single drones hovering over private residences for hours at a time,” Hunterdon County Commissioner John Lanza noted at Tuesday's board meeting. “Other reports indicate that drones often cluster in groups of eight or so.”

“We have recently become aware of large military drones flying over parts of New Jersey over the past several weeks,” Borough President Vito Fossella said in a letter to the FBI and FAA. “It has also been brought to our attention by concerned residents and the media that these drones have been flying over Staten Island for the past several days.”
