A wild video shows a drunk passenger being taped up by police after having a meltdown after being denied boarding at Dallas Love Field Airport.
The unidentified flyer was said to have been knocked over when he was refused permission to board the plane around 6:30 Wednesday night. According to WFAA.
Cellphone footage shows the man kneeling and raising his hands in the air as three Dallas police officers approach him in front of a Whataburger near Gate 12 and try to talk to him.
“Don't come anywhere near me,” he yelled at three police officers as they approached, as other travelers looked on.
One of the three officers suddenly fires a Taser.
“Oh, pull the Taser,” he said, hurling more expletives at the officers.
“I'm not drunk at all,” the man assured them.
Two officers move quickly, grab the man's arms and try to pull him onto his back, the video shows.
He wriggled out of their grasp and landed on his back as police deployed a Taser on his back and the passenger, who was handcuffed by police, screamed in pain.
A bystander yelled “fuck you” before the video stopped.
Dallas police said in a statement that the man was refused a ride because he was causing a disturbance.
The man, whose identity has not been released, was charged with public intoxication.
