Officials said officers arrived at a tennis court on North Winston Lane in Santa Rosa Beach on the night of March 25, where tennis players physically restrained a 17-year-old boy who was trying to fight with people around him. I discovered that Santa Rosa Beach is located in the Florida Panhandle, about an hour west of Panama City Beach.
Authorities say the boy, who lives in Mountain Brook, Alabama, arrived at the tennis court and began verbally harassing the players, before the situation escalated into violence.
