An 81-year-old man was arrested Thursday near Los Angeles after neighbors said they had been victimized by a “serial slingshot gunman” for nearly a decade.

Azusa police said Prince Raymond King was arrested on a search warrant in an area where neighbors had complained of “quality of life issues.”

Investigators found that over a nine- to 10-year period, dozens of residents had been victimized by someone who had broken windows and windshields or attempted to hit people with ball bearings.
