President Joe Biden on Saturday awarded the Presidential Medal of Freedom to election denier and two-time failed presidential candidate Hillary Clinton.
This medal is the highest award given to a civilian in the United States.
Biden, 82, smiled as he placed the medal around Clinton's neck. He then kissed her on the cheek, after which she walked away and sat down.
Clinton, who failed to defeat current President-elect Donald Trump in 2016 and Barack Obama in 2008, has long been an election denier.

Biden also bestowed a similar honor on billionaire Democratic megadonor George Soros. His son, Alex Soros, accepted the award.
The White House said in a statement, claimed The recipients were “individuals who have made exemplary contributions to the prosperity, values, security, and world peace of the United States, or to other important social, public, or personal endeavors.”
