Key filings in Jack Smith's election lawsuit against Trump were sealed Wednesday.
U.S. District Judge Tanya Chutkan of the District of Columbia on Wednesday unsealed key filings in Special Counsel Jack Smith's election case against former President Trump.
After the special counsel turned over Smith's 165-page document, Chutkan unsealed it. In it, Mr. Smith outlined the case and the evidence he plans to use in the eventual trial against Mr. Trump.
Mr. Trump has pleaded not guilty to all charges brought against Mr. Smith.

During the 60 days before an election, the Justice Department is prohibited from doing anything to taint or obstruct the case. They disobeyed their own rules in favor of complete and utter election interference. I didn't do anything wrong, they did! This lawsuit, like all other lawsuits, including the dismissed docket lawsuit, is fraudulent.
