Elizabeth Hurley ‘never’ seriously considered having kids with Hugh Grant

Elizabeth Hurley has opened up about her relationship with Hugh Grant.

In a recent interview on Andy Cohen’s SiriusXM radio show, Radio Andy, Hurley spoke about whether she ever considered having children during their 13-year relationship with Grant. In response to Cohen’s question, Hurley answered without hesitation: “Never,” adding that he had no regrets.

“You know, you think that, but of course if that had happened I wouldn’t have been able to have the baby.” [Damian]So I don’t regret anything,” Hurley explained.

She and Grant began dating in 1987 after meeting on the set of “Rowing with the Wind.” They broke up in 2000 after overcoming a cheating scandal in 1995 and Grant’s arrest for soliciting a sex worker.

Hurley said the pair had never seriously discussed having children, but they often “argued” about imaginary children.

“Of course, we were fighting all day, so we thought about it a lot. Grant has daughters Tabatha Xiao Xi, 12, and Felix Chan, 11, with actress Tinglan Hong, and an 8-year-old daughter and 5-year-old daughter with current wife Anna Eberstein. They have five children, including son John Mungo, 11. Hurley told Cohen that she was “a little bit” surprised that Grant had five children after seeing where their lives ended.

Harley appeared on a radio show with her son to promote her upcoming film Strictly Confidential, which is also her directorial debut. The film follows a young woman who returns to the Caribbean to find the truth about her best friend’s death.

The mother-son duo sparked controversy after it was revealed that her son had directed her to do a sex scene. Both her mother and son said it was no big deal, and Hurley told Access Hollywood that the experience “felt kind of liberating.”
