Billionaire tech entrepreneur Elon Musk has hinted at another media acquisition amid panic over low cable news ratings and network sales.
Comcast announced it would reorganize its network services and sell some brands, including far-left progressive cable news station MSNBC.
Musk responded to a post by Donald Trump Jr. suggesting he should buy the network.
“Hey @elonmusk, I have the funniest idea ever!!!” Trump Jr. I wrote.
“How much does it cost?” answered Musk's net worth is estimated to be around $315.7 billion.
Well, Mr. Mask. Posted An often-quoted joke about the bizarre nature of recent news developments.
“It's most likely to be the funniest outcome, especially if it's ironic,” he said, adding a laughing emoji.
Following Comcast's personnel changes, MSNBC reportedly renegotiated the contract of “Ratings Viagra” host Rachel Maddow, reducing her salary by $30 million to $5 million.
Musk's critics have accused him of influencing the election by spreading what they consider misinformation on Twitter, which he bought and renamed “X.” At first, criticism from the left led to an exodus of advertisers from the platform, but Musk declared victory once he attracted a large number of advertisers. Three of them decided to return to the popular application.
“I just want to say that we are so grateful that big brands are back advertising on our platform!” Musk responded.
