Billionaire entrepreneur Elon Musk has announced he is moving two of his major companies out of California after the state’s Democrats passed a radical law that would ban public schools from informing parents about gender and sexual orientation.
After California Governor Gavin Newsom (D) signed a bill into law that bans schools from requiring parents to notify students about changes in gender or sexual orientation, Democrats applauded the passage of AB 1955. Musk responded that the California incident was his last resort.

“She went beyond socialism to being a full-on communist and thinking all rich people are evil,” Musk reportedly explained.
Legal experts said the legislation would likely face legal challenges for years to come, but it could also serve as a catalyst for other Democratic-controlled legislatures to pass similar legislation.
