Ex-Bills star Eric Moulds sued for knowingly giving women STD

Former Bills star Eric Moles is being sued by a Western New York woman who claims he “knowingly” infected her with an incurable sexually transmitted disease.

In a complaint filed Tuesday in New York State Superior Court, the woman (whose name was not released) claims that Kabi “targeted a single mother who was a Buffalo Bills fan and attacked her and several other women. “spreading herpes simplex virus type 2.'' in western New York. ”

Although this disease is incurable, it is treatable.

In court papers, the woman said Moles, who they had been communicating with on Instagram since 2019, asked her to take him on an “all-expenses-paid” trip to North Carolina with him in January 2023. He claims that he finally accepted it.

There the two began a sexual relationship that lasted until November 2023.

She claimed that Mr. Moles “knew or should have known that he had a sexually transmitted disease.”

The woman said Mould's fiancé of eight years contacted her in December 2023 to tell her that she and “other women in a relationship[with Molds]had herpes and asked her to get tested.” “I didn't know the former NFL receiver had herpes until I suggested it to him.” He transmitted the disease. ”

The plaintiff alleges that she and Mr. Mold last had sexual relations in November 2023, and that it was “unprotected.”

She started having symptoms a month later.

She ended up testing positive for herpes because she had no other sexual partners, prompting her to find out more about Morse's alleged activities with other women, according to the complaint.

According to the complaint, Moles “has also been accused by several women of intentionally spreading herpes over a decade ago.”

The women allege they were also offered compensation to drop their cases in order to “buy their silence,” and the lawsuit alleges that the former women were compensated and entered into non-disclosure agreements about their relationships with Moles. He claims he was forced to sign.
