Ex-WWE star Mick Foley weighs in on Trump: ‘Absolutely nothing fun about this man’

Former President Donald Trump made headlines in the wrestling world last week when he appeared on The Undertaker's podcast ahead of his 2024 presidential campaign with Vice President Kamala Harris.

WWE legend Mick Foley has spoken out about Trump's presidential bid and had nothing but critical words to say about the former business mogul turned politician.

“I think it's important to have that moment where enough is enough,” Foley said in a video posted to her Instagram. “For me, eight years ago, enough was enough. The Undertaker was right when he said that for about three weeks in 2016, Donald Trump made politics interesting again. But it's been eight years and… There's nothing fun about this guy at all.

“For me, it's no fun when a potential next president of the United States talks about his inner enemy. It makes it clear that this is not a mistake, this is his signature line. ' The enemy within, the enemy within, the enemy within.”

Foley said it's frustrating that hard-working Americans can't understand how Trump is “such an obvious fraud.” Foley then criticized President Trump's leadership and the Supreme Court.

“So, Donald Trump, are you going to throw me in jail for criticizing the Supreme Court because you think Clarence Thomas is an embarrassment to the Supreme Court?” Foley added. “I think Samuel Alito is a terrible person. He doesn't belong on the highest court in this country. I don't think he would have been able to interview Brett Kavanaugh in the Senate for a dishwasher job, let alone a dishwasher job. I don't think I could have served as a judge.''The Supreme Court is a court for life. ”

Foley is a three-time WWE Champion who has performed in multiple promotions and received many shocks from the cage at Hell in a Cell by participating in brutal hardcore matches.

Mr. Trump played a role in WWE. His former Trump Plaza in Atlantic City, New Jersey, sponsored WrestleMania IV and WrestleMania V, and he competed in a hair-on-hair match at WrestleMania 23 at Ford Field in Detroit.

Foley has endorsed Harris and Minnesota Governor Tim Walz for president.

A Fox News national poll on Oct. 16 showed Trump leading Harris, 50% to 48%.

But Harris holds a six-point lead among voters in seven key battleground states (within the margin of error for that subsample), and both candidates are tied among voters in nearby counties at 49% each.
