Currently, National Amusements and the Redstone family control CBS, CMT, MTV, Nickelodeon, and more. Disney and “far-left basher” Bob Iger control ABC, ESPN, the History Channel, Marvel Studios, Lucasfilm, video games, and more.
TimeWarner and CEO Jeff Bewkes control CNN, Warner Bros., HBO, Turner, video games, the Internet, print media such as Time, and much more. Comcast and CEO Brian L. Roberts control NBC, MSNBC, CSNBC, Telemundo, and the Internet.
NewsCorp and the Murdoch family control Fox and National Geographic, while Sony controls an incredible amount of music, television, movies, and more.
“These are just a few examples of what these conglomerates own,” Glenn said. “Remember, almost everything you use, consume, and eat is owned by 12 companies. And 6 people own what you say every day. ”
“Who controls the information? The Big Six, combined, are worth nearly $500 billion. You want to know why they fought against the little guys and lost this Tuesday,” said Glenn. continued, pointing out that all the money invested was “not being used.”
