Exposed victim recorded by DoorDasher feels 'humiliated' by viral footage

Drunken DoorDash Incident Leads to Charges

A DoorDash customer recently shared his feelings about a viral TikTok video featuring him in an embarrassing situation—half-naked and passed out on a couch. He called the experience “humiliating,” especially since the clip attracted over 30 million views.

In a turn of events, allegations emerged against 23-year-old delivery driver Olivia Henderson, leading to felony charges after differing statements between her and the customer raised serious concerns about the case.

Last week, a grand jury indicted Henderson after she delivered food to the victim’s home in Oswego on October 12, 2025. During this seemingly mundane delivery, she encountered a rather unfortunate sight: the customer, identified as a 27-year-old man, was sitting on his couch with his pants and underwear around his ankles.

Henderson allegedly posted a video she took outside his door, which soon went viral but was later taken down. According to a statement from the victim, he recalled being intoxicated and unsure about ordering the food, as he must have fallen asleep shortly after.

The young man, who wishes to remain anonymous, described waking up to a photo that not only included evidence of his food delivery but also featured him in a compromising state. He mentioned that the image, which was not censored, showed his genitals clearly.

His sense of violation increased when he stumbled upon the TikTok video showing him “sleeping naked on a couch,” which became a viral sensation. He expressed feeling unsafe and humiliated, stating that his name and personal information were also shared online without his consent.

Henderson, no longer working with DoorDash, now faces charges including second-degree unlawful surveillance and first-degree unlawful dissemination of surveillance images. These are serious felonies that could lead to up to eight years in prison.

Investigators confirmed that the man was incapacitated due to alcohol when the video was recorded. Henderson has pleaded not guilty to the charges. In a lengthy police statement, she claimed that the incident unfolded when the door was left open upon her arrival. She portrayed herself as a victim, stating the customer was in an unresponsive state and that it was difficult to assess his situation from the outside.

She reportedly took the video as a standard practice to prove deliveries were made. Her public response included a TikTok video where she voiced concern about the potential dangers women face in delivery jobs, insisting that such incidents should be reported for the safety of others.

Henderson’s case continues, and she has been released without bail as the court proceedings unfold.
