A Justin Timberlake fan got what she deserved after she became so engrossed in her phone that she didn’t realize the star was singing inches away from her face.
A video of the missed opportunity surfaced Sunday and immediately went viral. The clip showed an energized Timberlake performing his song “Flame” at the Forget Tomorrow World Tour in Montreal. Noticing the fan absorbed in her phone, he leaned in close to her face. Oblivious, she continued using her device until he dissed her by walking away—and she deserved the cold shoulder.

We’ve all been annoyed by someone’s phone addiction at some point, but this girl took it to a whole other level, and she’s probably kicking herself with regret. I hope she feels the burn and learns a lesson here, but I’m guessing that’s not very likely.
What’s the point in attending Timberlake’s concert if she’s going to plant her face in her phone with such immersion that she is completely unaware of the megastar singing right into her face? Presumably, this would be a fan’s dream come true, but internet addiction turned into a seriously wasted opportunity.

It’s sad to see this, especially knowing how much this opportunity would have meant to other, more deserving fans. Timberlake concert tickets are expensive, and this girl took for granted what so many others couldn’t afford.
The best part of the video is her reaction when Timberlake abandoned her. She clamored for his attention, but it was too little, too late, and she was dissed.
