Fans believe Gwyneth Paltrow threw the shade at Meghan Markle in her new cooking video.
On Saturday, the make-free “Iron Man” actress shared a video on Instagram of herself making breakfast in the kitchen while wearing striped pyjamas.
The clip began when Paltrow left the coffee mug, looking directly at the camera. She then put a pan of biscuits in the oven before giving a high kick and kissing the dog.
When the biscuits were finished baking, Paltrow took them out of the oven and began frying the eggs in a pot. The video concludes with two moms showing off her complete meal consisting of biscuits, eggs, bacon and jam.

Fans quickly accepted the comment, accusing Paltrow, who founded the wellness and lifestyle brand Goop in 2008, of throwing shade at Markle.
“Gwyneth Paltrow continues to throw the shade. I'm here for it! There's no makeup in her actual kitchen!” commented to one user. (Markle filmed her show in the kitchen at a nearby rental home.)
“Gwyneth is so authentic, it's a breath of fresh air compared to Markle,” added another.
“Love this. Fake house, fake kitchen, fake hair extension, fake friends are your only beautiful real self.
“Lol, is it a song they'll continue to use on Meghan Markle Promo?” asked the fourth netizen.
The fifth fan said Paltrow “should pop at Meghan's location to show her how it was done.”
Another Instagram user said that wearing messy hair and no make-up PJs, Marvel Star said “is as relevant as possible.”
Page 6 contacted Paltrow's representatives for comment but did not immediately respond.
Earlier this month, the “Shallow Hull” star gave an honest opinion on the new efforts of the Duchess of Sussex.
“Everyone deserves every attempt they want to try,” explained Paltrow, 52, in her. Vanity Fair April 2025 Cover Storynote that she hadn't seen the trailer for Markle's new show.
“I grew up looking at other women as friends rather than enemies. I think there's always enough,” she added.
