Raheem Mostert and Devon Ashen's impact on fantasy football

Neither Mostert nor Acchane practiced this week. Mostert's absence isn't a surprise, but Acchane's availability won't be known until his suspension expires. If he is available, he's the starter this week and should be a solid start against the Bills. If Acchane can't play, Wilson is worth starting.

The biggest problem with Buffalo's run defense last week was Arizona Cardinals Kyler Murray started. James Conner was held to 3.1 yards per carry. That said, Mostert's absence means Miami's starting running backs will shoulder a significant load. If Acchane starts, Wilson will have to take on some of his workload. But if Acchane doesn't play, Wilson may have to shoulder a significant load because of the thin depth behind him.

Even without a clear answer, Wilson is a worthwhile addition in any format. He may be a short-term addition, but injury questions could open up an opportunity for a player who hasn't gotten many opportunities but has been successful when he's on the field.
