Farah AlYousef announced as Wild Card entry for F1 Academy at the Saudi Arabian GP

Farah Aleusev will be announced as a wildcard entry for the second weekend of the 2025 season and will be taking part in the home race for Hitech TGR at Saudi Arabia’s Grand Prix this weekend.

The 22-year-old driver won the Saudi Arabia Women’s Kart Championship in 2022 and finished 26th in the Kart World Finals. She will also represent her country in the FW Nations Cup final in Dubai this May.

Recently, Alyousef raced at the F4 Middle East Championship. She also took part in the F1 Academy Test at the Jeddah Cornish Circuit at the beginning of the month, preparing for her entry with Hitech in the second round of the F1 Academy season.

Alyousef hopes that her entry will serve as an inspiration for young girls in their home country.

“Race as a wildcard entry at the F1 Academy, located in the home soil of Jeddah, is truly a dream come true,” said Alyousef. I said in the announcement. “Motorsport has been my passion for as long as I can remember and is a moment of great pride to be lined up with some of the world’s most talented young drivers on the Jeddah Cornish Circuit.

“I hope my participation will encourage young Saudi girls to believe in themselves and pursue their dreams. Traveling hasn’t always been easy, but moments like these remind me of why I love racing.
