New Hampshire father Adam Montgomery is accused of assaulting his daughter, concealing her murder for more than two years, and purchasing chemicals and power tools that may have been used to dismember and hide the body. Prosecutors are fighting for evidence to prove the case.

The girl's father allegedly bought her first 40-pound bag of limes and kept her frozen until he returned to his new apartment to take a shower and thaw her frozen body.

Prosecutors also objected to two other requests from Montgomery's defense to suppress evidence of his past “bad behavior” and testimony from his estranged wife.

A new witness list was released Wednesday, naming about 200 people, including dozens of police officers, Montgomery's relatives and forensic experts.
Montgomery has been in custody since early 2021 after his estranged ex-wife reported Harmony missing and Manchester police discovered she had been missing since 2019.

Last January, New Hampshire Attorney General John Formella obtained a grand jury indictment charging him with second-degree murder.
