“We are thrilled to see the FDNY hero calendar return,” said FDNY Commissioner Robert S. Tucker.

“This calendar provides an opportunity to highlight our ultimate bravery while supporting fundraising for the FDNY Foundation's important mission.”

“It was one of the most in-demand items we had, and it was a successful fundraising tool for years. It's already very interesting,” said Matt Diliberto, chairman of the foundation.

“The new calendar will showcase FDNY's health, fitness and wellness, and portray firefighters, EMTs and paramedics as heroes.”

After years of becoming Beef Cake Bonanza, the FDNY Foundation began in 2014 with female firefighters.

Firehouse Subs, a Florida-based sandwich shop, is also sponsoring the distribution of portraits of upcoming smoke shows.

It was not immediately clear who would be chosen to decorate the 2026 calendar page.

Competitors were recently asked to begin submitting glamour shots.

Calendars have been around for decades before production was halted amid the pandemic.

After becoming a long-standing beef cake bonanza, the foundation chose to include female firefighters in 2014. In 2017, the foundation immediately began draining male and female versions before adding animals to the mix.

The 2026 calendar will see New Yorker return to $25 per pop and be released towards the end of the year.
