Fear of Trump Prompted Russia to Speed Up Prisoner Swap

Russia has become more interested in a prisoner swap with the United States after it became clear that Donald Trump might return to the White House, a senior US official said. The Wall Street JournalThe reporter, Evan Gerskovich, was released.
