A Florida woman has been charged with stabbing a pregnant woman 14 times in front of the victim's 5-year-old daughter after an argument over a $2 pizza delivery tip over the weekend.
Brianna Alvero, 22, is charged with attempted murder, burglary with a firearm, kidnapping and aggravated assault. NBC News reportedcited court records. The news network said the man who is said to have accompanied Alvero during the incident has not yet been identified.

NBC News reported in an interview with the woman that the woman, her boyfriend, and the victim's daughter were staying at a motel in Kissimmee to celebrate a birthday and ordered Marco's Pizza on Sunday, which Alvero delivered. Citing an affidavit filed in Alvero's case based on Osceola County Sheriff's Office.
The woman handed Alvero $50 in a $33.10 bill and Alvero began to leave. WTVJ television reported.quoting the arrest report. The department added that the woman asked for a refund, but the pizza delivery man told her that his policy was not to give change.
According to WTVJ, the woman searched for small bills in two wallets in the motel room and in her car while Alvero watched. Citing an arrest report, the department said the woman received a small amount from her boyfriend, and Albero's tip ended up being $2.
According to WTVJ, Albero became “angry about the amount of the tip he received” and then returned to the victim's room at the Riviera Motel.
A short time later, the woman said she heard a loud knock on her hotel room door, NBC News reported, citing the affidavit. When the woman opened the door, a man and woman dressed in black and wearing masks allegedly forced their way into the room, the news network said.
The man brandished a silver handgun and demanded the woman's boyfriend go to the bathroom, NBC News said, citing an affidavit. The other intruder, believed to be Albero, reportedly pulled out a pocket knife, the news network added.
NBC News, citing an affidavit, reported that Alvero pried open the woman's purse and broke her daughter's Nintendo Switch. According to NBC News, the woman turned around to protect her child when she felt an impact in her lower back.
She then “threw her daughter on the bed and tried to take her cell phone,” the news network reported, citing the affidavit.
But, according to NBC News, Albero grabbed her cell phone, broke it and “started hitting her repeatedly with a knife.” The assault ended when the man with the gun yelled, “It's time to go,” police said, citing an affidavit.
The woman was stabbed 14 times and suffered wounds to her chest, arms, legs and abdomen, according to NBC News, and the affidavit states that she realized she was pregnant while being treated at a local hospital. he added.
Alvero is being held in the Osceola County Jail on $55,000 bail, but no attorney has been named to represent her, the news network said.
Prosecutors said, “The state believes this is a crime punishable for life. … Bail should not be set, and no bond should be set for a pretrial detention hearing.” WTVJ pointed out.
Investigators reviewed motel security camera footage that showed the woman parking her red Toyota and approaching the couple's motel room around 10 p.m., NBC News reported. The news network cited the affidavit and said the exchange appeared to match the woman's description of the delivery incident.
