Pennsylvania Democratic Sen. John Fetterman had a harsh response to former House Speaker Nancy Pelosi, blaming President Joe Biden for the Democratic Party's disastrous election loss.

Mr. Fetterman (D-Pa.)'s criticism of Mr. Pelosi meant that Mr. Biden remained in the race for so long, giving Vice President Kamala Harris less time to campaign and sell her vision to the United States. After subtly criticizing him, he came out.
“If the president had left office sooner, there might have been other candidates. It was expected that if the president left office, the primary election would be held in public. And I said… Like, Kamala might have done that, but I think she would have done well there and come out even stronger going forward. But we don't know that,” Pelosi said.
“That didn't happen. We live with what happened. And the president's immediate endorsement of Kamala Harris made it nearly impossible to hold a primary at that time. . If it had happened sooner, the situation would have been different,” she added.
Despite Pelosi's blame-shifting, she played an influential role in ousting Biden, prompting Fetterman to denounce Pelosi.
“People like Pelosi, she really tried to — what's the word I'm looking for?” – She accepted that “she's the godmother, she's the enforcer.” I did. And now she's blaming Biden,” Fetterman said.
“Well, you can't have it both ways. You got what you wanted and you're still blaming Biden,” he continued.
Fetterman went on to call on Pelosi to abandon politics altogether in order to elevate the voices of young people.
“I think it's really ironic that an 84-year-old woman is still going strong. Why not give a younger generation a chance to take that seat?” Fetterman suggested.
Fetterman also recently discussed Trump's cabinet appointments, specifically citing Rep. Matt Gaetz (R-Florida) as attorney general, which he characterized as “god-level trolling.” .
“Eric Schmidt would be a solid choice for AG. But the Democratic opinion on Gaetz isn't all that interesting. I'm sure his Republican colleagues will come up with good arguments to justify voting for that bastard.” Deaf,” he said.
“So I would describe it as a god-level vandalism to create full-blown China Syndrome and take ownership of the library forever,” Fetterman continued. “It's not even Thanksgiving yet. And, you know, it's going to be four years with all the tweets and all the promises and everything else that's causing the meltdown,” Fetterman added. .
