Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell to Star in “The Madison”
It has come to light that Michelle Pfeiffer and Kurt Russell will lead the cast of the upcoming series, “The Madison.” This project seems to promise an engaging narrative.
Pfeiffer recently worked on the “Yellowstone” spinoff before planning to take most of 2026 off. This new series is described as “a heartfelt look at grief and relationships,” centered on a family in the Madison River Valley of Montana.
Alongside Pfeiffer and Russell, the ensemble cast includes Beau Garrett, Elle Chapman, Patrick J. Adams, Amia Miller, Alaina Pollack, Ben Schnetzer, Kevin Zegers, Rebecca Spence, Danielle Vasinova, and Matthew Fox.
Pfeiffer shared with Fox News Digital in November that her role as a grandmother has shifted her priorities, leading her to work less in the coming year. “I feel very blessed with my opportunities, and I love this work,” she remarked. She also reflected on her daughter’s pregnancy and her desire to be more selective with her time moving forward.
Regarding her character, Stacey Clyburn, Pfeiffer depicts the “heart of the family” in the series. Early images reveal her in different settings, showcasing a deep connection to the narrative.
The series, according to its release, highlights themes of resilience and transformation, portraying a profound love story through the lens of family drama. It’s noted to be Taylor Sheridan’s “most intimate work to date,” which adds an intriguing layer to the project’s expectations.
The backdrop spans the scenic landscapes of Montana and the dynamic atmosphere of Manhattan, exploring the ties that bind families together. Pfeiffer’s involvement brings her back to television, following her role as Betty Ford in the 2022 anthology series “The First Lady.”
Season 1 of “The Madison” will consist of six episodes and is set to premiere on Paramount+ on March 14th.
