exclusive – The Republican National Committee (RNC) appears to be gearing up soon when it comes to 2024 fundraising.
The RNC reported raising $12 million in January, highlighting that this is more than $2 million more than its 2023 monthly fundraising total.
The national party committee, which shared its numbers for the first time on Fox News on Tuesday, also noted that digital grassroots and major donor fundraising was higher in January than in any month in the past year.
The RNC also noted that February is set to be another strong fundraising month, saying, “We have the resources we need to dispel mainstream media coverage and strengthen the infrastructure and investments to win in the fall.” “I will prove that.”

Last fall, the party committee faced a number of stories that called into question the RNC’s fundraising and overall finances after its cash reserves dwindled to just over $9 million.
However, longtime RNC Chair Ronna McDaniel said in a statement: “With 10 months until Election Day, the RNC is not only raising the necessary funds, but also traveling to battleground states across the country to regain control of the race. We are continuing to make strategic investments.” We will expand our majorities in the Senate and the White House and, in the fall, the House of Representatives. ”

“Democrats have no ground battles or issues, but Republicans are doing everything they can to win votes and grow their party to defeat Biden,” McDaniel said.

The RNC did not release updated cash-on-hand figures because its fundraising report was due by the close of business Wednesday.
The Democratic National Committee (DNC) has not yet announced funding for January, but it enjoys a co-funding agreement with President Biden’s re-election campaign. And the DNC has outperformed the RNC for most of the past year. But Republicans point out that the DNC has barely outperformed the RNC in previous direct fundraising cycles, despite having a sitting president in the White House.
