‘Five For Fighting’ Singer John Ondrasik Releases ‘Justin Trudeau Has Got to Go’ on Streaming as Canadian PM Announces Resignation

Five for Fighting's lead singer John Ondrasik released a parody song, “Justin Trudeau Has Got to Go,” on streaming the same day that Canada's prime minister announced his intention to resign. .

John Ondrasik posted the song on social media in December and has now made it available for purchase on major music streaming platforms.

“As someone who follows norms, I don't check on men when they're depressed,” the singer announced on Monday. Despite this, he said fans want the song.

“Justin Trudeau Has Got to Go” is about Prime Minister Trudeau's unfamiliarity with ice hockey and Freedom's response to the Prime Minister's freeze of the bank accounts of Canadian truck drivers protesting COVID-19 mandates. It is a satirical and humorous take on the totalitarian oppression of Optimus Prime.

The song even brings up Prime Minister Fidel Castro's long-rumored father.
